Our Story
Built on hard work and good neighbors.
Gary Woods grew up right here in London, Kentucky. His family has been a part of this community for decades — raising kids, attending local churches, and building relationships with the people who call Southeast Kentucky home.
After years of working in the trades, Gary saw a gap that needed filling: a land service company that was truly reliable, honest, and committed to doing the job right. Too many folks were getting the runaround from contractors who overpromised and underdelivered. Gary knew he could do better — and that's exactly what he set out to do.
He founded Woods & Sons Land Service LLC to bring that old-fashioned work ethic back to land development. Every handshake means something. Every quote is honest. Every job gets finished the way it should be — because this isn't just business, it's personal. These are his neighbors, his community, and his family's legacy.

Our mascot says it all.
A beaver doesn't talk much. He shows up early, works hard, and reshapes the landscape one tree at a time. He builds things that last — dams that hold up to floods, lodges that shelter the next generation. There's no better symbol for what we do.
When you see Woody on a truck or a job sign, you know who's on site: a crew that takes pride in their work and gets it done.
